No Smoking Day Order Instructions 12 March 2008
No Smoking Day's distributor promises:
- To process all orders on a first come, first served basis
- To pack everything so that it arrives in good condition
- To ship most orders within ten days of receipt, subject to availability
Please ensure that you:
- Order as early as possible to receive everything you want. Some stock items sell very quickly and we may not have time to produce more. You can check availability by looking at the campaign catalogue on this website.
- Keep a email copy of this form for your own records; we may need you to quote the order number on the form.
- Include a Purchase Order number, if required by your organisation. We can only quote this on the invoice if it appears on your order form. Please make sure that you have given the correct billing information.
Orders must be received by 4 March 2008 to ensure delivery before 12 March

Custom Packaging Do you spend a substantial amount of time, effort and money re-packaging No Smoking Day materials to send out through your networks? We offer a custom packing service on orders over £750 received before 20 January 2008. Tell us how many packages you need and what should go in them. We will give you a quote for re-packaging. You will receive all materials boxed and ready to label and post. Our distributor can also mail them directly to your contacts to save you worries about storage space or handling.
