Every year No Smoking Day works with other organisations that want to help smokers who want to stop smoking. New partnerships are constantly being developed for the campaign. Details of our campaign partners so far are listed on this page.

ASDAASDA
ASDA is very keen to use No Smoking Day to support its customers and staff who want to stop smoking. ASDA pharmacies will take part in No Smoking Day and ASDA would like to link their stores and depots with local stop smoking services in order to develop great local events.

Fire Kills CampaignFire Kills Campaign
The Department for Communities and Local Government's Fire Kills campaign is supporting No Smoking Day for the third year running.

Fire and Rescue Services across England will receive a briefing from the Department for Communities and Local Government about No Smoking Day towards the end of January, including media relations advice and encouragement to forge partnerships with local stop smoking services.

If you'd like to work with your local Fire and Rescue Service you can find their contact details in the Yellow Pages or at www.firekills.gov.uk. When you call ask to speak to the Community Fire Safety Officer. This website also has information and advice about how to protect yourself, your loved ones and your home from fire.

TicketmediaTicketmedia
Ticketmedia calls its advertising 'the poster in your pocket'. Its bus and train ticket advertisements can get information about your services into people's hands at a time when they have a few minutes to actually read it and take it in.

Ticketmedia is offering No Smoking Day organisers a greatly reduced rate when they advertise around the time of the campaign (1 January to 14 March 2008).

Label AdvertisingLabel Advertising
Label Advertising offers a new and different way of advertising to and targeting smokers. Its cigarette bins are free standing and wall mounted, situated at busy locations which means they are hard to miss. They are strategically placed in clubs, pubs and restaurants, so they are on constant view to people in and passing by these establishments, ensuring they're seen again and again by smokers. A unique way to capture your audience!

Military
The Royal Navy, the Army, the Royal Air Force and the Defence Dental Services will be running their own No Smoking Day campaign. Service personnel throughout the world will be receiving specially branded information about the campaign.

Contact your local base if you would like to work with them to help service personnel to stop smoking.

RethinkRethink
Rethink, the leading national mental health membership charity, works to help everyone affected by severe mental illness recover a better quality of life.

The charity has 340 services in England and Northern Ireland and each service will receive information about No Smoking Day.

The services are all very keen to work with organisers in their local area who can offer cessation help on and after No Smoking Day.

Infertility Network UK (I N UK) is the national charity for those experiencing fertility problems, offering face-to-face and telephonic support and information at regional and national level.

Foundation for the Study of Infant DeathsFoundation for the Study of Infant Deaths
The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) is the UK's leading baby charity working to prevent sudden deaths and promote infant health. FSID funds research, supports bereaved families, promotes baby care advice, and works to improve investigations when a baby dies.

British Association of DermatologistsBritish Association of Dermatologists
Dermatologists are the experts in skin disease, and the British Association of Dermatologists is supporting No Smoking Day, as smoking has a negative impact on the skin. Smoking causes wrinkles and premature skin ageing, and scientists have also discovered a new form of acne specifically linked to smoking. Fitness FirstFitness First
Fitness First has teamed up with No Smoking Day with the bid to help smokers 'Give it up'!

Adopting an exercise routine vastly improves peoples chancing of quitting successfully, so from March 1st until March 19th Fitness First are offering a 7-day membership along with the challenge to increase smokers lung capacity within the 7-days.
